The Excepted Benefit Health Reimbursement Arrangement (EBHRA) allows employers annually to contribute up to $2,100 (2024) and $2,150 (2025) to reimburse an employee’s out-of-pocket non-medical healthcare expenses like copays, deductibles, Dental and Vision insurance, COBRA premiums, Long-Term Care, and more.
