What is a Limited Purpose FSA?

A Limited Purpose Flexible Spending Account (LFSA) is a personal expense account that allows employees to pay for eligible Dental and Vision expenses.

LFSAs are distinct because an employee can have both an LFSA and Health Savings Account (HSA) at the same time. This allows employees to grow their HSA funds while using their LFSA to pay for dental and vision needs.
